After an epic 15-year stint in Asia, I decided to shake things up and ventured into the untamed lands of South East Africa. It's like going from a spicy curry to a mouthwatering safari feast!

I conquered Kenya for a glorious two months, followed by a month of monkeying around in Uganda. I even took a detour to the Netherlands for a dose of tulip mania. And now, here's the latest scoop: I left Turkey, traveled to Georgia and Armenia, and then headed back to Turkey with a plan to travel overland to Georgia again. It's a journey that has me constantly reaching for a compass. After having done all this I found myself thinking about kenya and it's glorious beaches and wonderful people!

Ater having spent 2 more months in Kenya I've then embarked on a tour of India!

This far I've been here 3 months give or take, I'll be getting myself some camping equipment and a motor bike and hitting the road very soon

My latest obsession: Couchsurfing! This site is like a Pandora's box of local connections, delectable cuisine, and hospitality that can rival grandma's warm hugs. Seriously, it's so magical that regular tourism feels like watching paint dry in comparison.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am here on couch surfing as a means to explore more of the world while on a tight budget, the networking and meeting like minded people on the site has enriched of travel experience in an immeasurable way!

In turn I hope to offer the same to other travelers in the future once i settle down again, i cant see that happening for a few years yet!
