The best travel tip I've received is...
to travel like you live there, not like you’re escaping life.
Why I'm on Couchsurfing
There's no other platform better than couchsurfing to learn about the local culture and history. Be it being a host or a guest, there's no other platform than this to get an in depth idea of the diverse world.
Music, Movies, and Books
Music: Prog rock, alt rock, metal, Indian Classical Books: mystery and thriller Movies: nothing particular
One Amazing Thing I've Done
I've covered a 12 days solo trip across konkan without a rupee with me. Earned everything by doing odd jobs during the trip.
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach: Drums, Percussion Learn: Cultural Diversity and History of the world Share: Love, Affection and Stories of my Travel
What I Can Share With Hosts
All I have to offer is stories from my travel.
My Interests
Music: Experimenting with music is what I like a lot. For me there's no good or bad genres of Music (prog rock/metal is what I'm inclined towards). I like artists who are good in fusion. My taste in music varies with my mood. Travels: If I am not travelling, I am planning. If I am travelling, I distance myself with the digital world. I am not someone who'll upload a "story" of everything I do while on a trip. I'll just soak in the experience and gradually will reveal them to people who are worthy to hear them. I am more talkative to strangers but less to those who are close. Football: Although I'm very average in football as a player (average in every sports I'd say) yet somehow (thanks football manager games) I read a games technicality better than many of y'all out there.
