Also couch surfing is truly a life-changing experience. you get to meet people from different walks of life and my grateful heart is overwhelmed by their generosity. these strangers welcomed me in their homes, met me up in such far away places in the wee hours of the night, and took me to unforgettable trips. these and all in exchange of sharing my own stories, culture, and traditions. i got a bed and a tourguide for free, but in the end i gained a lot more than that. these people are the very reason why i can call this world 'home'.
