Hello, my name is Muratcan! I made the move from Turkey to Toronto two years ago and I've been loving life here ever since. By day, I work remotely as a Marketer and AI consultant, and I'm also hustling on my own startup in the edtech space. I'm a passionate learner and a founder at heart.

I'm a pretty laid-back host with an open mind and a love for techno concerts (rave lol) and entrepreneurship podcasts. My work keeps me pretty busy during the weekdays, but I always make time for a beer and a good conversation. I'm lucky to call this vibrant city home, and I'd be happy to show you around and explore all that Toronto has to offer!

My space: I have a cozy one-bedroom apartment with a good-sized living room that doubles as my workspace. The couch is all yours, and if you're only staying for a short while, I can even offer you my bedroom. I keep things tidy and respect your privacy, so you'll always have a safe and comfortable space to retreat to.

I live in Eglinton which is 15-20 minutes downtown by subway. You can go to the subway by using the elevators in my apartment directly. We have also pretty cool pubs and restaurants in this neighbourhood.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Escaping Turkey and coming to Canada with just $200. I worked as a dishwasher, cook, mover etc… it was tough tbh but now I’m a more grateful, ambitious and hardworking person with huge dreams and plans.
