CURRENT MISSION Travelling, learn from the others ... cultures, languages, traditions. ABOUT ME I am open-minded and curious about everything. I used to be a social worker but decided to got back to study, I wanted to improve my language skills. I study translation now and traveling is a good way to improve my English and my Spanish. I love my home country but I can't stay there more than 6 months without feeling the urge to move around to discover new things. I don't have high standing about sleeping conditions: I used to be a scout... I am more interested about what I can learn from my host than the bed itself...

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
Travelling is for me more than just going and visiting a place: meeting local people is part of the trip. I realized few years ago that my best traveling memories were usually more about the people that I have met and the moments I have shared with them than the things I saw. This is why CS is important for me. It is such a good way to get in touch with the local culture. I love to learn from the others and in exchange to share about my experiences.
Music, Movies, and Books
I like electronic music, the melodic kind, very soft with sounds of the world. I love to travel through the music I listen. I would say that I can like all kind of music as long as it is good music. Artistic. I am also really into movie soundtracks. Some of my favorite artists: Thylacine, Worakls, Rodrigo Gallardo, Hans Zimmer, Jedi Mind Tricks, Calypso Rose, Die Antwoord, Romulus, Nina Simone, La rue Ketanou, Flogging Molly, Jacques Brel, Ben Howard. Books: I love S-F and fantastic, I'm an heroic-fantasy addict. Eddings, Pratchett, Tolkien... Movies: Miyazaki & Tarantino. + Special mention for my epic fav: Gladiator, King Arthur (2004) and LoTR
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Ufff there are so many... the last one was being stuck in a wooden house on Isle of Lewis, Scotland, during a huge storm.
