ABOUT ME

I did a chemistry internship in Germany and had a fantastic time working and traveling around Europe. Now I'm back in school doing big boy chemistry and working with squishy stuff.

I usually carry a cup of coffee or tea around with me, and I will try pretty much any food that you put in front of me. I worked at a radio station in college, and I am constantly lamenting the fact that I don't go to enough concerts.

I like using my leisure time to work on various projects. Right now it's playing guitar and taking ceramics classes.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I dance almost exclusively to music that was made before 1970. I have a soft spot for children's literature and a potentially unhealthy obsession with the New Yorker. Sometimes I force myself to read famous books from the 1800s.

I've watched the sun rise in a lot of very different places (from Joshua Tree to the Simien Mountains) and it's always the best.
