I've recently moved to Oxford (UK) with Laura my partner and we have a baby daughter called Cecily (she's in the profile picture!) who was born in November 2022. Life has been a real adventure since.

I like travel, cycling, adventures, finding free things, looking at art, eating and cooking frequently and meeting interesting new people.

I used to be artist, so I like looking at things and exploring the spaces round the edge of cities. I've also recently studied Theology part time and I'm interested in understanding religions and in exploring the spiritual in life.

I normally travel with Laura (recently we got married!) who works for a University in London, and has similar interests to me without the art or theology and is generally funnier than I am!

Our daughter Cecily is also a keen traveler! And loves to meet new people. She is an easy going young soul and smiles a lot (and is a good sleeper!) and is currently trying to learn to walk,

I have met some really great people couch surfing in Leipzig, Amsterdam and Romania. I've have had three couch surfer's stay at my house - a positive experience with all of them

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Laura and I lived on a canal boat near London for a year and half before moving to Oxford. We didn't have a permanent mooring so had to move every two weeks. We had a really great adventure. Life is a lot closer to nature on a boat and we met nice people and got to explore areas we wouldn't have had the chance to otherwise. I didn't mind the winter but Laura was less keen!
