Hello everybody! Good news! We buy a new flat (in just building house), with 2 rooms) Just need to repair my flat and we will be ready to invite guests, 1 room for us and other one for guests!
Now only kitchen with sleeping place on the floor.

When we back from long travel, will try to invite guests.

If you very-very need a room for stay at 1 night, you can ask me, maybe. (If I am in Sevastopol yet), I can give you a place on the floor in my kitchen (kitchen is big, don't worry).
I have a cat. And we don't smoke or drink at all.

I prefer english-speaking guests, but if no - don't worry, we can try to understand each other.
Or we can just use translator)
