I'm Hélène, French living in the Basque coast (Bayonne). I'm currently spending one year to take time for myself and change my way of life, especially a profession and a housing in accordance with wellness and environment respect. I currently voluntarily work for a cooperative and participative market wich put in direct contact local producers and consumers. The aim of the association is to give a fair remuneration to producers and to make affordable quality products to consumers.

One Amazing Thing I've Done
I traveled alone during a week with my bike from Bayonne and went along the Atlantic coast during 500 km to reach Rochefort. It was a very enriching experience.

I can share my skills in IT, communication and visual creation (Photoshop, Illustrator etc). I am good in cooking and baking as well :)
My Interests
I am very curious and interested in a lot of different things. I enjoy sports and discovering new activities, especially outdoor activites. In the Basque country I am used to trek and discover new places in nature and mountains. I love cycling as well and I practice squash, beach tennis, Basque pelota... I am very interested in aletrnative lifestyles with human, animal and environment respect. I like creating stuff, homemade things etc. I'm used to make origami, I create wooden things and I make my own soap.
