ABOUT ME

I'm a free spirit, I love meeting new people. I love dinner parties. I love a great book . . . Mostly, I adore great people, and I'd love to make more connections around the world.

At the moment, I'm dreaming of hitting up a few Rainbow Gatherings this year and perhaps BurningMan. Anyone want to join? I'm also imagining my utopian urban hippie commune . . . get in on the ground floor!

I hope to settle down one day and have a bonsai tree and a dog. Recently I've been be-shroomed, and spend lots of free time searching out new types of mushrooms. The Northwest is AMAZING!

I'm thinking about writing a book where I spend a year without the internet . . . But I'm still doing research (on the internet) and my buddy just bought an iPad.

PS. I'm hoping to find a ride toward mexico soon . . . maybe we can go together!

PHILOSOPHY

I want to do everything. I want to experience as many people and cultures and possibilities as possible. I crave a world that is based on mutual respect and love for one another. I am a HUGE fan of community living. Not at all a fan of capatalism . . . let's create a gift economy!

With open arms! Our house has 13 residents, a neighborhood cat who stops in occasionally, and two couches . . . there is always room for more! We are creating the good life, one delicious party at a time!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I burned my Bible in a dessert in Arizona. I've eaten dinner with Cannibals in Paupua New Guinea. I've run a race at the Olympic Stadium in Athens. I had my wallet lifted on a night train between Berlin and Krakow.

I've taken trips through the universe in Amsterdam, I've solo'd a single engine airplane. I have an amazing group of friends scattered around the world, and I hope to meet many more on my journey!

I just got back from 4 1/2 months in India and now I'm wondering if I might actually have some roma blood in my veins! Europe is calling to me again . . .

Teach, Learn, Share

Funny . . . I feel I'm a jack-of-all-trades. I've built a house, I love to cook, Computers are easy for me, I've managed a company of 80 employees manufacturing small aircraft. I approach life with an "I could do that" attitude about everything, but I truly admire true artists who have taken their craft to the next level.
