Our names are Rubén and Nica, two spirits who want to discover new places and new people.
We love to travel hitchhiking, we think that is the best way to discover a country and the life there. We also like to spend our free time in the mountains, to hike, climbing, doing mountain skiing, and enjoying nature.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We love to meet new people from the place that we're discovering, we think that traveling isn't only visiting the place, traveling is to know the people who live there and how do they do it.

Music, Movies, and Books

We love to discover new music, we are open to all types of music and especially the ones that are from the place that we're traveling.
We love to listen to live music, but in everyday life we listen to reggae, jazz, classical rock, dub and Catalan and Spanish rumba...
We always have a book to read, we love historical novels and books that teach us to grow in a better way.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

We've been traveling around Europe hitchhiking and sleeping in people's houses. We've been in the Alps hiking and climbing moutains and living more than six weeks in Turkey volunteering, all of them were amazing experiences that changes our perspective of life and see what's important for living.

Teach, Learn, Share

We can cook typical Spanish plates like "tortilla de patatas" and "paella".
We can offer our stories and have a good time talking about ecology and geology.
