I am a passionate traveler and language learner. I’ve had the opportunity to live, work, study and/or travel all over the Americas, Asia, Africa and Europe. Living in Chicago now and am happy to host travelers when possible.

NOTE: I'm very rarely in Chicago during the week because I'm always traveling for work. It's usually much easier for me to host if you arrive on the weekend.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I am on Couchsurfing because I love to learn about and interact with other cultures. When traveling, I’d prefer to sleep on the floor of a local’s house than in a 5-star hotel. Staying with locals is the best way to understand another culture. I used Couchsurfing on my backpacking trip through Latin America and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I made. Now that I’m back in the US, I’d like to return the favor and help out as many travelers as I can.

I enjoy pretty much any type of music (except raggaeton!).
I usually like to watch international films.
My favorite books are Shantaram, A Journey to the Center of the Earth, The Millenium Series, anything related to languages or neuroscience as well.
