Hey!, My name is Nick. I went to culinary school in Canada and have cooked for about 15 years. I am sarcastic from what i have been told and sometimes find things other people wouldn't find funny. Saying what's on my mind often offends people. I am flexible and laid back, and I like to travel often with no plan or expectations at all. Wandering and getting lost are often fun.

I like Food- Eating/cooking/Learning/plating/thinking about/changing/creating/transforming. I have no dislikes besides Sparkling water, straws and celery. Celery is the parasite of the vegetable world.

I like games of any sort that make you think. I have played both Video games and poker competitively and semi-professionally. I have played drums. Movies and coffee are always good. Drinking and card games are fun! I'm up for new things, except if its really high heights... I was born with a heart condition which means blablabla... I like meeting people and learning from people!

PHILOSOPHY No regrets, Think, make decisions and learn from them. Life is not worth getting upset over.
