ABOUT ME
I'm an easy going person and I love meeting new people, hence why I joined this site! There are so many places I'd like to travel too, yet so little time!
I'm a huge outdoor fan and I love going out in the wild, hiking, camping, canoeing, etc. It's my second home!
Sport-wise, I love hiking, climbing, yoga, tennis, roller-blading, kayaking and many other, but I thought I'd list my favorites
PHILOSOPHY
Live and learn!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm about to be ready to host, can't wait for it. I've met some couch surfers here and there in the past, show them around town a bit, and I've surfed myself as well
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I went on a roadtrip for 2 weeks in eastern Canada and surfed for 10 outta 12 nights, and the experience was amazing! So much better than staying in motels. It's a great way to meet the locals and get to see the city in a different angle!
Other than that, met some CS folks here and there in my city, showed them around a bit, had a blast
Finally, I have done a mix of couchsurfing and youth hostel on my trips to Ireland, Scotland and Morocco

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hiking through goat paths in the western part of Ireland (Kerry Way), as well as paragliding over the Mediterranean sea is quite up there.
However, here is the most amazing thing that I have done and that has happened to me. I recently went to Turkey to, among other things, hike the Lycian way. On one day, I got lost, and when I realized I was lost and out of water, it was 1:30pm, massively hot with a blazing sun. So I decided to head south towards the main road, which was about 20km away from my location. I bushwacked through the forest, and after roughly 30 minutes I found a small village. I knocked at one of the houses, and luckily enough, the family was there. Despite the fact that they spoke no language, they took me in and helped me recover for a few hours by giving me loads of water and food. Truly an act of human kindness
