I love having sharing new experiences while creating connections with people from all over the world. When I am with people I seem extremely extroverted however I enjoy time on my own to slow down & be the obersver.

I love to laugh & am extremely silly. What I love doing more than laughing is make other people laugh. I also enjoy eating cheese, fromage & queso.

I have currently finished my education in Edmonton & am working as a fitness trainer. These next few years will involve many travels & random business ventures involving yoga, food, fitness & fun.

I love travelling and I have come to understand a place can be very beautiful, but it is the people that give it its true flavour. I'm on couch surfing to continue believing people are naturally kind, open hearted and accepting. That we can trust one another and have faith in the stranger next to us...& realize he isn't a stranger! You can both lead each other to a smile you might have thought you could have never had. I can teach you a killer fitness class! ( Although you might kick me out because you can't walk the next day ;) hahah) I also have been practicing yoga for many years and am not certified yet am comfortable teaching a vinyasa, hatha, yin or guided meditation.
