ABOUT ME

I am easy going and up for whatever the journey has in store. The destination is just a bonus :) I currently work and live in Kansas City but have a constant desire to experience new places and perspectives. I really enjoy meeting new people and getting the opportunity to see a new city through their lens. My favorite way to get to know a culture and people is around the table through food and conversation. I really enjoy cooking and baking and am happy to do so for/with hosts. I am always up for an adventure and a good laugh.

I thoroughly believe things are simply better when shared - meals, conversations, experiences, cities and homes. Couchsurfing is such a neat outlet to experience, more richly and authentically, a new place, people and perspective.

I enjoy good company and engaging conversations. I like being active, running, climbing, exploring. I love trying new things! My favorite way to tour a city is through eating and running - funny combo but it covers a lot of ground.
