À propos de moi

Hi I'm Nihad ! I'm 25 years old.
I'm sociable and talkative. I'm also an introvert so I might be quiet sometimes just gaining back some energy. 😇 My friends say that my face looks mean but promise you I'm not.

Important info:

I moved to Frankfurt am Main in Germany where I do an Ausbildung, it’s working and learning at the same time.

We used to hsot people in Algiers, and after I left, we still wanted to keep doing that from time to time.
My mom is still there and, she isn't that much into Technology and apps like Couchsurfing so we keep hosting people through my account. With her own account she might never check the requests.

So if you send me a request you must preceise if you want me to host you in Frankfurt or in Algiers.

About me:

I studied German at university in Algeria. love learning new languages but not only that. Like to discover anything new. For now I have only visited european countries. But I would love to go to countries in Asia, America & Latin Amerrica... All the places in the world are worth exploring!

I love traveling whenever I have time, and trying to explore as many countries as possible because of the amazing cultures and people. I'm really in love with it. I've been to Germany three times before moving here and my travel experience was completely different one from the other.
On the first one I was traveling with my mom. We didn't know anyone and have been visiting on out one. On the second trip that was on my own, decided to start using Couchsurfing, was afraid at the beginning, wether people are real, honest, with bad intentions or not. But didn't take me long to find out that it's a great concept and of course that you always have to be careful. Of course people are different from what I know from my country but that's what make it special and extraordinary. It was much more fun than my first trip, Couchsurfers were helpful, kind. It always brings you something new! I'm looking forward to go to new places and always happy to get to know new people or meet the same ones. :)

THIS APP ISN'T TINDER
-If you're just going to text to write some things to get to know each other or ask for something.
-Perverted people who live nearby that send me a request to waste my time. -People that propose to host me just because I am a girl or because they feel lonely just don't.
This app isn't for that and you're making it unsafe for couchsurfers!

If you need advice or list of places to visit, no need to read the rest just write to me.
If you would like to stay keep reading.

Regarding your stay:

🌸 With me in Frankfurt :

I live in a shared appartement without à living room. So I can only host girls in my room, either on a shared bed or air matress.
It's two stations away from Frankfurt Hbf with the city train so it's central.

🌺 With Mom in Algiers :

● It's in the city center of Algiers. At Didouche Mourad street, you can Google it.

● She can usually host for 2-4 days. She can accommodate 1-2 people.

● Late requests after 8 p.m are not desired but okay in case of emergency.

● Hygiene products : it's better if you bring your own, but if you don't have it's okay, you can ask, we understand that some people travel with a backpack and can't carry these items.

● WiFi available.
● small fridge and TV available.
● Camping equipment can be lended.

● You can eat out or at home, or cook to your heart's content or cook together. Just keep the place clean after you, just like you find it before.

● Transport is just across the street: bus, metro, taxi (taxis in Algeria are affordable, much cheaper than in Europe but always need to be careful to not be scammed).

● Clean towels on request. Fresh bed sheets and covers will be given to you.

● Wash machine and hair dryer available.

● As for the time to spend together, we only host people, my mom doesn't always have time to go out with you but you can always ask.

● The appartement might not be huge but we still choose to host people because we want to give back to the community and help other travelers. To know their culture and from them. So if you're looking for a more comfortable place and space I recommend you to see other surfers if you don't mind it the couch is yours! And you would be in the city center where everything is across.

● We are are an open minded family but we cannot tolerate any form of discrimination, hate or racism under our roof, please always be respectful toward other people, their culture and traditions even if it's weird to you.

● Our home is safe place for all beliefs as for non-believers, LGBTQ people and all nationalities are welcome. 🤗

Before sending a request please include "Yuki" in your message so that I know that you read through my profile.

Finally, just bring your good vibes with you. 💟🙏

🍀 Other:

Which SIM card to buy?
-If you are going to move in remote places, like mountains choose 👉 Mobilis.
-If you will be mainly in town 👉 Djezzy.

Useful apps for your trip to Algeria:
-Jumiafood to order food.
-Yassir/ -Heetch (transport apps like UBER, they often give discounts that you should not forget to activate before validating).

I think that's all, if you have any questions about anything feel free to write to me!

😊

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

It's the best thing I've done while travelling. When I can't travel I want to receive travellers to host them and also for the pleasure of exchanging and knowing their culture. I want to be part of this community because as a traveler I know what difficulties others can face so in order to avoid it I want to offer my help and also because I believe traveling shouldn't be a luxury that not everyone can afford, but something everyone should experience. ❤️
