ABOUT ME

I'm always havin fun! I'm happy and luv to have a laugh! I love adventure and physical activites...always up for something new or a challenge! At the moment I'm one year off finishing my science degree at uni. I'm doing a double major in Atmospheric Science and Resources and Environmental Management. They are both topics I am passionate about! My goal is to spend one year in Tornado Alley, USA, chasing tornadoes with the professionals. I know this may sound whack...I think natural hazards are just so amazing...for what they are...so much energy and destruction. I am a volunteer coast guard which means I go out in big yellow boats to help fellow boaties in need of assistance. It's always such fun! At the moment I'm working in a bookstore and at a pizzeria! I make awesome pizzas and get to spin my dough in a big window! Ah the joys! I love to travel, experience different cultures, meet new people and learn about their environment. This website is just fabulous and I look forward to taking you out, showing you around and having a good time. It's all about respect, fun and enjoying people's differences!

I've surfed couches, ut not through this site, but hope to do so in the super soon future! I have however showed many a great person around my fair city...mostly the inside of bars!!!

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm not a huge movie goer and so I don't know if I have too many favourites! However I know that Johnny Depp is super and for that I like his movies! Some biographies and non fiction is what I most enjoy reading! And because I am a nerd I like quirky science books. Dr Karl's books are full of interesting little facts! I have an eclectic music taste. I like most music. I have some fav classical music, i love my hard NRG and progressive trance, always in the mood for some funky breaks.My fave band is the Dandy Warhols who I just saw in Sydney (7/01/06) for the 7th time! Some more faves are The John Butler Trio, Muse, the Panics, Wolfmother, Basement Jaxx, The Music, the Doors, Neil Young, bit of marilyn manson for some reason, Underworld, Gomez, Jane's Addiction, The Tea Party, Xavier Rudd, many aussie bands coz they rock and oh, the list could go on!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Staying with a host family in Costa Rica whilst working to conserve the Leatherback and Olive Ridley Turtles. While being there I experienced Arribadas which is when thousands of Olive Ridley turtles nest on the beach at the same time through the day and night for up to 1 week!
**** White water rafted down the Pacuare River in Costa Rica...one of the top five rivers to white water raft down in the world!!! Yay!*******Skydiving from 14,000 ft over North Wollongong beach!
