Why I’m on Couchsurfing

A few years back I moved to Spain on an Erasmus exchange, was bitten by the travel bug, and made it my mission to uncover all the exciting adventures that the world has to offer me! 💯

I think one of the most fundamental aspects of travelling is seeing where you are visiting from a local's perspective. I always want to get to know the hidden corners of a new town or city and who knows them better than a person living there? 😁

I love connecting with people from all over the world and learning from their experiences. I have had some really awesome Couchsurfing experiences and would like to keep having them! 🎉

I love humans - some folks are for a reason, some are for a season and some are for a lifetime. Which one are you?🧐

When I meet new people (even if we just to spend a few days / hours together), it often enriches the tapestry of my journey through this world and try to do the same for them. Even if we just meet up for a walk for an hour, we have made a small impact on each others' life. 🌍

Creo que uno de los aspectos más fundamentales de viajar es ver el lugar que visitas desde la perspectiva local. Siempre quiero conocer los rincones escondidos de un nuevo pueblo o ciudad y ¿quién los conoce mejor que una persona que vive allí? 😁

Me encanta conectar con personas de todo el mundo y aprender de sus experiencias. ¡He tenido algunas experiencias de Couchsurfing realmente increíbles y me gustaría seguir teniéndolas! 🎉

Major highlights from recent years include completing a segment of El Camino de Santiago, volunteering in Cambodia, diving all over the Phillipines and Malaysia, camping on the Great Wall of China and waking up to the most gorgeous sunrise, trekking and camping in the rainforest alongside orangutans and gibbons, glimpsing a jaguar in the Bolivian jungle, hiking up Mt. Etna volcano, hiking the Salkantay to Machu Picchu, hitchhiking through Patagonia, seeing the stars in the Atacama desert, falling ... the list continues. 👣⛺🌅🗻🤿👍🏽🌌
