My name is Nikita, I'm 25 years old jazz music student from Helsinki, Finland. At the moment I am living in Copenhagen, Danmark, as I am doing my exchange year here as a bachelor in music. I was born in Saint-petersburg, Russia, and moved to Finland as a kid, so I perfectly speak both languages, as well as English. I am really open and easy going person with great sense of humor (at least I think so...) and I love to experience new things and visit new places, although I haven't done it so much.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I am very new to couchsurfing, and I decided to try it out, as I have heard some good things about it from my friends. I also think it is good time for me to do it, as I am currently living abroad, and I see this year as an opportunity to explore new things and cultures, visit new places and meet new people. Like I mentioned before, I am currently studying in Copenhagen until the summer of 2015, so unfortunately it is not my home country and city, so I cannot provide you with good guidance and knowledge of the city and a culture, as I myself been only living here for half a year, but I am still open for meeting new people and maybe hang out.
What I Can Share With Hosts
I am really friendly and will truly respect the hosts. I can do whatever you'll ask me for; clean, make food, take you out to dinner, pay you something... Just name it! And of course I will share my stories and experiences with you!
My Interests
Of course it's obvious that my biggest passion is music, as I've been studying it pretty much my whole life. I love art in different forms, and I get inspired by all sort of things and places. My other passions are basketball and FOOD. I LOVE FOOD!! I love to eat pretty much everything and could do it all the time! I am really looking forward to try out some traditional cultural food of different countries.
