Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Encouraging Honduran youth into becoming budding environmentalists
ABOUT ME
I love sneezing, books that make me cry, independence, travel, my city (Portland, Oregon), sustainability, conciousness, tree-huggers, tapirs (yes, the animal), the forest, and simply sitting still and watching the world pass by. I generally live in a state of being constantly, romantically overwhelmed by the world at large.
PHILOSOPHY
"Through communication alone can human existance have meaning" -Paulo Freire
"The only truly magical and poetic exchanges that occur in this life occur between two people. Sometimes it doesn´t get that far. Often, the true glory of existance is confined to individual conciousness. That´s ok, let us live for the beauty of our own reality." -Tom Robbins
"Who knows, maybe one day the world will wake up and burst out into beautiful flower of Dharma everywhere" -Jack Kerouac
