We're Nick and Ania, an adventurous couple with a passion for exploration and an open-minded approach to life :)

Nick, originally from India, and Ania, from Poland, now live in Switzerland after travelling a lot and living in many countries before. Now in Switzerland, Nick is currently pursuing his PhD in Quantum Computing in Basel. Ania, on the other hand, has been making significant contributions in the professional realm, working at Roche, a leading pharmaceutical company. Living in Switzerland has provided us with a unique blend of intellectual growth, cultural experiences, and professional pursuits. We've embraced the opportunity to thrive in our respective fields while also nurturing our shared love for travel and exploration.

Together, we've ventured to awe-inspiring destinations around the world, from the majestic peaks of the Himalayas in Manali, India, to the tranquil beaches of Bali and the vibrant streets of Thailand. Our travels have not only allowed us to witness the world's wonders but have also strengthened our bond and expanded our horizons. As high-spirit couch surfers, we've had the pleasure of connecting with locals and fellow travellers, immersing ourselves in diverse cultures, and creating meaningful connections. It's through these experiences that we've come to appreciate the beauty of human connection and the value of open-mindedness.

Through Couchsurfing, we've had the privilege of staying with locals who generously open their homes and hearts to us. Music, Movies, and Books

We have a wide range of interests when it comes to music, movies, and television series. We particularly enjoy listening to the music of Post Malone, Drake, Lil Uzi Vert, 21 Savage, 50 Cent, Daddy Yankee, Wiz Khalifa, Snoop Dogg, and Ed Sheeran. We find their unique styles and sounds to be both captivating and entertaining.

When it comes to movies, We are drawn to psychological thrillers, science fiction and fantasy genres, such as Interstellar, Gravity, Inception, and The Curious Case of Breaking Benjamin. We are also a fan of popular movie franchises like Marvel movies, Harry Potter, and Lord of the Rings.

While we don't have much time for reading books, we are dedicated fans of television series. We have a broad range of interests in this area, ranging from intense dramas like Game of Thrones and House of Cards to classic detective stories like Sherlock Holmes, and popular sitcoms like The Big Bang Theory, How I Met Your Mother, FRIENDS, Brooklyn 99, The Office, and Rick and Morty.

Teach, Learn, Share

In addition to our academic and professional experiences, We have developed various interests and hobbies over the years. For instance, we are well-versed in exercising (callisthenics), skating, running, swimmings etc and we love to talk about case studies. We are always happy to engage in discussions on a variety of subjects.

Currently, we are actively working on improving our German language skills. If you are fluent in the German language, we would welcome the opportunity to practice conversing and refining our understanding of it
