Hello guys, i'm Nilesh , an islander living currently in France where i am doing my PhD. I have previously lived for 6 years in Romania . My travel bug started ever since i left Mauritius . This is where i understood that my island was too small for me. As much as i love my country, i am at the same time curious about what the world have to offer. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

While studying in Romania, i had the opportunity to experience Erasmus. (Once erasmus , always erasmus). I enjoyed every bit of it since it was overwhelming to meet so many people from all across the world. I had the opportunity to host international dinner, game night, learnt new dance moves, enjoyed learning new words in different languages and most important this experience was an eye opening to me. No matter from where we came from; all our heart is seeking is: Happiness.

I hope with couchsurfing i can continue to meet people from across the world to continue to grow and learn as a person.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travelling through Europe with two friends. One was honduras and the other one was from France. Our cultural difference made this trip more exciting and enriching at the same time.

I can teach you some easy words frol the languages that i know. If you would like to discover my culture the best way would be a dinner night. We can cook together and i will guide you step by step throughout the process. In this way at the end of the night we will both learn about each other cultures and you will have enriched your cooking skills.
