Hello, everyone! I am Nil. I live in Ankara, Turkey. I am originally from coast side of Turkey, İzmir (Symrna with the old name, and my favorite city of all time). I joined CS about two years ago when I was an Erasmus student in Ulm, Germany. While I was in Europe I tried to see everywhere I can. This should be the main idea of Erasmus, right? 😜

My friends say that I am a talkative and energetic person. I love learnings new cultures and sharing memories, that's why I've started to use Couchsurfing :)

I am a person who tries to enjoy and appreciate every single moment in life, with both good and bad sides. That's why I define myself as an optimist, sometimes too much 😝

I am not a sportive type, but currently I am learning how to ski and rollerskate. I cannot say I am a good student but I am trying, come on, go easy on me!!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am always passionate about meeting new people. More importantly, I love traveling. Couchsurfing allows me to do both.

Interests

I am usually bad at every sports. However, I tried skiing last winter, and I didn't suck 😝 So, I guess I will continue doing that. I am also learning how to sail. I love watching and talking about movies, series and games.

I love "trying" new things even though it sometimes ends bad. That's why traveling is my number one hobby.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love watching almost every kind of movies. I tried reading but I am more of a movie person.

My music taste is also really complicated. I have an anxiety of choosing songs when I am in public since I always want everyone to enjoy the music that I choose. So, please don't ask me to put some music 😆

I recently restarted reading after 5 years. I enjoy reading fantastic, sci-fi books as those are the only ones not making me sleepy.
