My dad is from Austria and my mom from Sweden so im basically the opposite of a nationalist, whatever that is. I live in Graz where I spend most of my time on the small film production company I run with a few friends. Its called “Henx” if you want to google it. The rest of my time I spend on sports or drinking beer. If I had to describe myself I’d probably use the german word “gemütlich” which is often used to characterize the laid-back lifestyle of many Austrians, even though I would say that I’m more open-minded, liberal and friendly than the average Austrian.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I’ve already met a lot of couchsurfers at home as well as abroad and they are usually very nice people who will tell you in lengths about how great the concept is. And because I like the company of nice people (and would consider myself one), I wanted to try it for a long time now. I think its a nice way to avoid the typical tourist perspective and get to know interesting people.
