About Me

My parents are Chinese, but I was born and raised in Germany, so I am pretty german besides the looks.
Currently I am studying medicine in Heidelberg, Germany and just trying to get the most out of college life. I have lived a year abroad in the United States in 2010 and I partied my way through Madrid last year as an Erasmus student.
I would describe myself as outgoing, funny, always smiling and up for any activity that involves socialising or fun :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I LOVE traveling and meeting new and different people on the way. I am always amazed by the fact that there are so many differences between cultures and yet we are so alike. I am open for discussions of any kind that challenge my way of thinking and my view of the world.

Interests

I just love hanging out with friends, watching movies and enjoy life!

I guess traveling would be my biggest love though! Oh and food, food is always good. Cooking or eating out - anythings fine.

Music, Movies, and Books

I used to read every book I could get my hands on, unfortunately since I started going to college I haven't had to much time to read a lot of books lately. After reading all the stuff for class I mostly relax with a movie or an TV show. Favorite movie is pretty hard to say, I am in to all the movies about superheroes and action/sci-fi/dystopia things. But chick flicks are never wrong especially for a night with my best friends :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

Growing up bilingually and being raised as the second child of Chinese immigrants in Germany I have a few stories to tell about Identity, Immigration, Integration and all the little things that come with that. After an high school exchange to the States I now have called three countries my home and would love to share all the likes and dislikes those countries have served me.
I have also already travelled some more countries and would love to share my amazing experiences. Nevertheless there are so many more places I have to go to in the future, so I am always up for recommendations and amazing stories about what to see in the world.
