I am from originally from Nepal, now living in Norway since 5 years. I am an engineer by profession . I have been backpacking since last 6 years. I love hosting people and been doing this since last 3-4 years, usually through facebook, instagram and also people I have met during my trips. I cook good vegetrian food and love feeding people. I like talking about technology, travelling, food and share a good laugh. I mostly take last moment requests or atleats a week or two in prior as I am quite often travelling due to work. Call me your Last Resort! Also, if I am not able to host, if you are in Narvik, let me know we can hangout/eat, etc together! 😉

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I have moved from Narvik for good to a new city "Bergen" in Norway. I am not able to host as I dont have as good place to host but I will surely be fixing once I get a nicer place. //I live in Narvik, which is one of the Northern most places in Norway where you can reach by travel using interrail/euro rail so I had a lot of requests from students(ususally friends, friends of friends, etc) and I usually used to host them. One of my guests, introduced me to this platform and she was surprised to know I didn’t know about Couchsurfing when I was technically doing so for quite some time. Well, then, I read more about it and loved the idea immediately and ever since then, I was on Couchsurfing, BeWelcome, Trustroots and all of such similar platforms but still I host quite a lot of recommended guetss who arent on these platforms since some of them are monetised. Well, to sum up, I loved doing this- I learnt this from my parents, they used to host a lot of family and friends and still do. So if you ever plan on visiting Nepal, my parents might be able to host you as well. :D I love to hear people, their stories, their experiences and I am so inspired to hear and see how amazing of personalities each of us have. Couchsurfing also gave me lots of friends, with some of whom I am still in contact for over 6 years. I can just keep on writing about Why I’m on Couchsurfing but I will end it here and will leave the rest to share when we meet in person someday! 😉//
Music, Movies, and Books
Anything and everything! Yeah, I dont like having favourites- it limits what you can explore.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
I have gotten a chance to live in 3 of the most diverse and beautiful countries in the world. Nepal- My Birthpace(lived for 18years of my life) India- Lived 4 years of my life, where I started my bag-packing journey and travelled most states in India- solo! Norway- Living currently for last 4 years, where I am located above Arctic Circle so I have seen some of the most beautiful things. Although above mentioned don’t really qualify for being amazign things, I consider these the most amazing things happened in my life.
Teach, Learn, Share
Anything and everything! Again, I dont like being specific in such questions- it limits what you can explore. But on top of my head- I love cooking and also give lessons to cook vegetarian/vegan food to people. (No I don’t charge for it- you just get the ingredients) :D
What I Can Share With Hosts
Cook Good vegetarian/vegan Indian/Nepali meal of requests! Sing terribly, play guitar, dance if someone dares to teach me! All in all, I can offer a peaceful space!
