What I Can Share With Hosts
Food, matress to sleep, respect, and most of all - authenticity. I live all alone on rent, I don't have any family. I can offer my office sofa for you to sleep in order for you to be comfortable which is located in my office, I will sleep in my bedroom which is in the next room. I can provide a very safe environment, a very comfortable environment. I am a very ordinary simple person. So Smoking, Chewing of Tobacco, Drinking Alcohol, Playing Loud Music, and Verbally Abusing (profanity) is strictly prohibited in my premises. Also please maintain appropriate hygiene, do not waste water, throw garbage only within dustbins, and keep my premises extremely tidy, I am very particular about it, so I expect you to respectfully maintain the premises in the same condition as it was provided to you. I will provide resources for simple food, but would humbly request if you could kindly help to cook the food, or I can arrange tiffin service for you, as I have great difficulty in the area of cooking by myself. I might also not be able to show you nearby palaces, as I do not know much about it, I don't travel much, and sometimes I have a very busy schedule. Likewise, please schedule your travel dates to be hosted in advance, and let me know as to exactly how many days you would be staying at my residence, so that I can also adjust my personal travel plans, if any accordingly.
