Hi my name is Nancy from Kenya. I am outgoing, has a healthy sense of humour and loves making friends. I teach Economics, Business Studies,Sports,English and German in a high school. I am currently lecturing (part-time) in the University as well as being a trained counsellor and Business Administrator. I am married to my best friend and love of my life; Njaramba who works in a Bank. We're blessed with two kids: Nico 20 and Eve 15. I represent Kenya in icestock sport and love sports.
In life, everything is possible if you try and failure doesn't mean that you are incapable, its a chance to learn from earlier mistakes.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
My aim is to enable the CS members get the most from their surfing by learning the culture and people's way of life in my country. To allow members get fulfilling trips and learn from them in return.
We've accommodated my hubby's friend Margaret Howe from Australia and she loved it. Matilda and her mom from France, Michelle Poon from Canada,Jwa Euntaek from South Korea, Sandra Krause from the US, Lindsay Lovejoy from US, Martin Klausch from Deutschland and Mikhail and Yana from Russia, Hiromu Jimbo from Japan, Maia fom Russia, Sue Castle from Canada, to name just but a few.They enjoyed the tours, food, rich history and even the chats we had together.
Music, sports, cooking, travelling, making new friends, watching movies the list is endless.

The birth of my babies and watching them grow. Its a miracle. It has taught me to appreciate nature and value life.

I would like to teach others about the diversity of Kenyan tribes, our culture, way of life and the other side of Kenya. I would like to learn about other countries, way of life, likes, dislikes and history of their countries.
