Britfort Academy, India's leading English language/IELTS centre, is founded and led by Noushad Nilgris. He began his entrepreneurial experience in 2014 when he launched Britfort Academy. He has a master's degree in English literature and psychology. He also has an MBA in marketing, a B.Ed in English, and a TEFL - American TESOL certification.

He received the Public Relations Council of India's (PRCI) Young Entrepreneur Award, the Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Students Foundation's Best English Language Institute Award, and Global Vision International's Best Associate Award (GVI -UK). He was also featured in The New Indian Express, South India's leading English newspaper.

He's on a quest to help 10,000+ young entrepreneurs and startups develop businesses that can expand without them, based on key concepts of humanism and simplicity — all while boosting social skills, happiness, productivity, and awesomeness.

His mission as an educator is to assist one million students in finding their road to success, and his mission as a human being is to contribute generously to the world in order to make a difference in the lives of those in need.
Noushad Nilgris is a husband, a father of four children, a minimalist, a futurist, a spiritualist, and a long-term educator who wears several hats.

We are an English language School that welcomes adult students from all over India for 2 weeks and 1 month Program.
As Adult students they are focused on the goal of improving their English to either help them in existing business transactions, or to prepare for international travel. Many of our students come to us with a working knowledge of the English language and are here to improve existing skills....
This is where we require YOUR help.
The one component our instructors can not offer is conversation with "Native Speakers"!!!
Your role would be to interact with the students in a structured 4 hour class each day....and simply talk. Games, conversation and other types of verbal interaction provides the students with experience that non native speakers just can not teach.
After that you get plenty of time to explore and sight-see in beautiful Kochi and Kerala. We ask for a minimum commitment of 1 month, but we hope you would be able to stay for more...
If you are interested to join us as volunteer we will provide you Free accommodation and local support to explore places.
