I was born and spent most time of my life in beautiful and depressive city Saint-Petersburg.I like to listen and don't like to speak much. I'm observant and curious about everything. I like that the world is so much different and its interesting to explore not only the places of interest but also to understand mentality of people through traditions, language and history. I used to do hitchhiking and trekking for many years when I was younger, but now work is my priority. I am working as designer remotely, my favourite occupation is motion design in After Effects.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I have stayed at many couchsurfers houses in India, Nepal, Russia, Ukraine, Indonesia and Israel. Everytime it was a great experience. Also hosted my friends and lived in big communities of travelers. Hospitality makes our world better and through communicating with local people you can exchange interesting and useful information with each other. Once I stayed through couchsurfing in the floating house on the river Dnepr in Kiev. It was very small and we could go swimming directly from the board on which the house was standing. This I never forget.

Interessen

Im very curious, always looking for new sport to try, new music to listen, new fruits to eat, new cities and nature to see. My constant interests are unicycling, trekking, swimming, visiting music concerts. I use every opportunity to swim, observe underwater world and collect seashells. I like to repair, remake old broken things and any kind of handmade and creativity from macrame to creating furniture and building houses. Cooking healthy food is also a kind of creativity for me.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I like to be opened to anything so I like very different things, any trends in music, literature, movies. Now I prefer books about science, anthropology. Music - mostly folk, ethnic, indie rock. My favorite film director is Terry Gilliam and I like other movies in same surrealistic stile. But the most thing I adore is the animation films - Sponge Bob can make me really happy.
