About Me

Hello, my name is Nutsa and I am from Georgia(no, not the state). I was born and raised in a beautiful country in eastern Europe that commonly gets confused with the US state.
I love to travel an meet new people. So far, I have only traveled either as a part of the national Math team or as an exchange student. I am a freshman at Minerva Schools at KGI.
I am passionate about living the healthiest life possible. I go to Gym on a daily basis, try to eat healthy (although some goodies you just have to try), and traveling as much as I can. I also love hosting people with different backgrounds and hearing their stories.
I am a foodie. I love to cook, and I love to eat(although, as mentioned, trying to stay healthy). All of my hosts and guests have had at least one bite of Georgian delicious dishes because that's my favorite way of sharing my culture and traditions.
I also love to sing and play the piano sometimes. Although I might not be a professional piano player, I still consider this as a part of my Identity :)
I tend to fall in love with everything connected to design and architecture. And oh, I love math!
Wherever I go, I try to find: 1)Good and relatively cheap place to shop; 2)Nice coffee place because man, I love coffee.
This is a quick overview of me as a person, as a traveler and as an international student who aspires to taste every flavor in this world.
I hope to get a chance to tell you more about myself, and hear about you when we meet in person!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to explore different places and meet people with different backgrounds. Studying abroad, I got the chance to visit 7 countries so far. In most of the cases, I either rented a hotel, or stayed in the residence hall. However, I was lucky to live with a host family twice. It was the most exciting experience of my traveler life, because not only did I get to see new places, but I also immersed myself with the local culture and traditions by meeting people and engaging in activities with them. I have also had the honor of being a host and showing my guests around. In my opinion, for people like me, this website is a great way of finding some interesting opportunities abroad, as well as helping others enjoy their time anywhere around the world.
