ABOUT ME

I believe I am a Spiritual Being having a human experience, and that Life is a Spiritual Journey in a material world. I am chilled and relaxed, i consider myself to be a down-to-earth, calm person but i also know how to have fun and have a laugh. In nearly 6y in London I did quite a bit... from getting married to classes of contemporary dance, working as a visual merchandiser, doing fashion for LFW, working for Apple, partying, getting a divorce, doing my first 10 day Vipassana course, volunteering, etc... I love to smile, dance, cycle/rollerblade, eat veggie food ...

PHILOSOPHY

To live in the present NOW moment, to do my best to live consciously and aware of every thought, word and action I express. To deliberately and happily create my reality and be a living example for others to see how we can easily and effortlessly live a wonderful life just by having a positive and open attitude towards it.

Interests

Science, Quantum Physics, Religion and Spirituality, in a very general and broad perspective, are just some of the subjects I enjoy reading about... I love music, specially electronic-psy-trance-goa-chillout-deep house music but I also love popular music, reggae, folk, classical, instrumental... Dancing is a passion. I enjoy vegan food. I love nature, painting, teaching, chilling and simplifying.
