COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had 95 couchsurfing (and hospitalityclub) experiances as a guest and 21 people stayed at my place so far.

I had my first bad experience after 101 positive, in Osaka, Japan. The host that I was supposed to stay with left me on the street at midnight without wanting to meet me. And the negative reference she wrote for me just confirms her strange lying character, or maybe the few sms I sent her in order to meet are stalking.
But there has to be exceptions to the rule, that the CS-ers are great people.

Everyone else was great, some more, some much more :), and I say to everyone who hasn't had such experiance and who is sceptical or affraid of going to someone's place or accepting unknown person at home, that everyone who is willing to travel like this is certainly great person. Some of my hosts even gave me the key of their home after just several hours knowing each other (thats entirely personal will).

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

- Swam in a cave with blue water on Cres island, Croatia (July 2008)
- Rode motorbike for the first time on the village roads in the most beautifull surrounding of Migalewa, Sri Lanka (January 2011)
- Won 50eur in MonteCarlo casino (May 2005)
- Swam in Li river in Yangshuo, China with water buffalos swimming 50 meters from me (October 2009)
- Listened some guitar player and singer playing for money (the best I've heard) on Ponte Vecchio, perfect night in perfect surrounding, Florence, Italy (July 2010)
- Just laying on a hammock under a palm tree at beach (my dream so far), Tangale, Sri Lanka (January 2011)
- Spent a whole day in a truck that I hitchhiked on the south coast of Turkey. The drivers were drinking beer and smoking joints while driving! Will never forget that day (July 2006)
- Sauna in Malmo (July 2011)
- Been at the same beach where Halle Barry exited the sea in the 007 "Die another day" movie, Cadiz, Spain (April 2010)
- Have been in Hong Kong. HK is amazing city (October 2009)
