I am passionate about a healthy lifestyle and fitness. I believe if the world can be exposed to the dangers of unhealthy food, and exposed to more healthy foods and healthy ways of living, there'd be fewer diseases in the world.

Currently moved to Ghana this March for a year program and living there for now.
