CURRENT MISSION

Hello Everyone!
Just came back to couchsurfing after 10 years and hope to meet lots of interesting great people here!
About me:
My friends say that I am a very joyful, optimistic and happy person, also they call me strong and brave (which is a huge compliment!). I like crazy ideas and actions, people who are not afraid to live life. I admire people who start their own businesses, or can talk freely about their feelings.
I like clear and direct communication. Just be honest, thats fine and makes everything easy!
What else.. I am vegan, dont smoke and dont drink. Believe me - I can be crazy, free, relaxed, and childish without any alcohol.

CURRENT MISSION
Travelling with my sewing machines through Europe, and creating a dance dress from my travel inspirations in each city - this is my goal!

In each city I will:
Explore the place (preferably with locals) and gather inspiration,
design a place related dance dress (latin, figure skating, ballroom, ballet...),
find fabrics to realise the design,
spend the rest of the week sewing and finishing the dress.

Do you want to see how a dress from your city is coming to life in your living room? I would be super happy if you'd host me!

What I can give:
+ solving small sewing issues, like repairing your loose buttons, shortening trousers, ... You have your private seamstress at home :-D
+ I will certainly clean up your living room before cutting fabric there and after I finished my dress project.
+ share stories, like all travelers
+ I am very talented at making all sorts of speed pancakes in the morning. ;-)

What I need:
+ Electricity and any kind of desk for my sewing machine
+ A room where its okay if I make a fabric mess for 3-4 days :-D
+ Somewhere to sleep and lots of sleep. ;-D

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Meeting people always makes me happy! There are so many stories to share, places to explore, things to learn.

I want to share my current sewing-on-tour project with others, let you be a part of it!

Hosting: At the moment its difficult for me to host, because the desicion isn't up to me (not my house), but as soon as I will have my own flat again, you will all be very welcome!

Interests

I love dancing, sewing and designing my own dance costumes. I am a fan of healthy, fresh food (preferably vegan). Love to discover new music styles and bands. (from jazz to rock, metal, classics, techno, indie, epic gaming music, disney songs.... ) I might be a little bit eco, with my lifestyle, not having a car and so on. I just care about the planet and try to be part of small impacts. If you wanna change something in the world, start with yourself.

Musik: very open, changes every week, depending on mood
Books: The chemist (stephenie meyer) and some about self developement
I really like board games (Settlers of catan, strategy games, or else)
Films: Disney, Pixar, Dreamworks. The soft and funny ones!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Walking the st. Jakobs path in Poland during 28 days last year. 490 km on my feet with a backpack from Gdansk to the north-eastest point of Germany. Wow! The polish nature is more than amazing and the people are as well.
