ABOUT ME

I find it exciting to meet people from other parts of the world. Sharing culturel differences. I am very proud of my city Copenhagen and I love to show my guests places of interest. Also, my home country The Faroe Islands, called the last paradise on earth, has a huge spot in my heart. It is defenitely a Must See.
I have done some travelling in my time. Especially I enjoy active travelling like tracking in National Parks and Canyons in the South West of the US. My favourites must be the Grand Canyon and the Glacier Point in Yosemity. New Zealand is defenitely also one of my favourites.

PHILOSOPHY

Be positive and you will live longer. My favourite philosopher at the moment is Soren Kierkegaard.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Sitting in a waiting room killing time reading a magazine, I came across this tiny article about CS. It was love at first sight. Couldn't wait to get home and sign up with a profile.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far I have only couchsurfed once. I have done a lot of hosting and I have so many good experiences and wonderful memories. Have connected to most and made friends with several. Greatest concept ever !!

兴趣

I am an active person. I love active travelling like hiking and tracking in wilderness or canyons. I enjoy cultural activities in Copenhagen, like art exhibitions and music concerts. I'm interested in old and new buildings - the architectural part. Psycology fascinates me. Kierkegaard is my favourite philosopher at the moment.

One of my greatest trips was to New Zealand. The friendliest people I have ever met. The most beautiful nature I have ever seen. The Taj Mahal in Accra is breathtaking. Grand Canyon is breathtaking as well. My trip to Peru was amazing.

I'll never stop learning - I'm curious about anything. I have knowledge about healthy food - I go by "You are what you eat". I have an interest in phsycology and philosophy. I know something about the history of Copenhagen in the period of 1577-1899.
