ABOUT ME
I grew up in a small town in Virginia, and did not board my first passenger jet until my senior year of university. Once I finally did, the travel bug bit me, and I was off. I lived and worked in Chicago for 2 years, and now I'm traveling a bit and doing tech for CouchSurfing.
I enjoy making things.

PHILOSOPHY
- Silliness is important!
- Never cease to learn.
- Do it yourself, if you can (why not!?).

Alaska is ridiculous:
Teach, Learn, Share
I love to teach. I can teach a bit of guitar, I love to rant about the mind boggling weirdness of modern physics, and I enjoy explaining computers in non-computer jargon.
I have a secret fancy coffee recipe. I will tell you the secret.
