About Me

We are a family of 4, myself, my husband and 2 daughters 17 and 21 years old. I love to travel and want to visit as much of this world as possible before I die. I strive to live life to the fullest, try new adventures and I am grateful for all that I have. I am open minded, fun and friendly. I love learning about other cultures and hearing people's life stories. I grew up in Albuquerque, I am a Realtor and I love our beautiful city. The sunsets and Sandia mountains still take my breath away.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to travel and I encourage everyone to do so, I think we all need new perspectives. I am aware of the expenses involved and hope that I can help make someone's travel goal come true by hosting them. I want to make connections and form friendships around the world while I share my beautiful city.

I look forward to seeing your city from your eyes, learning your culture and forming new friendships.

Travel of course.
Gardening, there is nothing like picking home grown food from your back yard for dinner.
Yoga practice.
Watching the sunset, listening to the birds sing in my backyard while reading a book.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like a variety of genres of music, anything that makes me want to dance or sing.
I love documentaries, House Hunters International and inspirational movies.
I read a variety of books from Twilight series, to Gone Girl, to I am Malala and now reading Handmaid's Tale.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I have done in my lifetime is give birth to and raise my daughters. They have taught me what unconditional love is, made me a better person and remind me to appreciate the little things in life.

I hiked to the top of Machu Picchu in Peru, it was challenging, but, so worth it, it took my breath away and was stunning.

I jumped off the top of Sandia Mountains and hang glided to the base, it was exhilarating, amazing and beautiful.

Teach, Learn, Share

I grew up in Albuquerque and love it here. I am happy to share my picks of best places to visit, eat and watch the sunset.

I look forward to learning from the locals, hearing your life stories and forming friendships.
