About Me

I live with my family in a village very close to Padua, with a couple of brothers and my lovely dog.
I lived one year and a half in Trentino - Alto adige for studying and working and now i'm back in Padua looking for the next step...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I spent all march long (2016) travelling by train around Europe, alone, with my best friend Mr. Big Backpack :)
I visited a lot of different places and in some of them I've been hosted by CS.
It's been fantastic to meet and to introduce myself in someone else's life, even for few days, I think I have to thank every host I had, you made my trip special and unforgettable!
Finally I think CS is one of the best way to travel, always sharing stories and experiences with someone :) also, the 'unplanned' is often the best!!

Interests

I'm a quiet girl, i like to spend my free time reading, drawing or painting, walking my dog or spending time with friends to the pub or at parties.
I love animals since I was a child, especially horses, I've been riding since I was 12 years old,

Now, a new, fresh and exciting interest, is to travel and see the world. Not as normal turists usally do, booking rooms in hotel. I'd like to discover new countries throughout the locals' point of view, knowing peolpe, their stories and the relation between people and their country!

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I don't like a particular kind of music, I like italian music, pop, folk and rock music. I like Michael Jackson and his amazing dance, too.

Movies: I don't like to spend a lot of time waching movies, but I really like movies based on true story, like "The theory of everything", "The danish girl", "A beautiful mind", "Instict", and so on..

Books: I love reading, along my growth I read a lot of different books. In particular I like: Milan Kundera, Ken Follet, Giorgio Faletti, Anna Gavalda, Gregory David Roberts, Alessandro Baricco, Stefano Benni, ect..

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I consider an "amazing thing I've done" my sabbatical year after high school.
I worked in a private ranch, in the country few kilometers away from Padua.
There were me, five horses, two ducks and several chickens. It was a part-time job, I was lost in the farmland, without electricity, heating, bathroom, just me and animals.
It's been a great experience for me, I learnt to live according to animals and nature rhythm, I learnt how important silence si, and no-word comunication as well, I enjoyed little delights instead of big success.
It's been my best year!!

Teach, Learn, Share

Me and my family we can share with you everything you need - more or less - :)
I think everybody has something to teach and learn, but right now I can't write a list; ...onestly..living together, even for few days, we'll figure it out!!
I like to spend time with guests. I like my place, it's full of amazing things to do and to see, so I can show you Padua, maybe Venice, Euganean hills, maybe the beach, it's up to you and weather :) i'm interested in travellers experiences, so you can tell me your stories, ideas, adventures, I'm always glad to hear different point of view, different ideas, different everything!!

What I Can Share with Hosts

When I look for a guest I always pay attention to his/her passions, habits, personality, so I can be preatty sure I'm going to spend some time with someone similar to me.
I'd like to live with my host, to spend a lot of time together but I can easly understand that maybe if he/she doesn't have more time to spend with me than a dinner, it's fine as well of course!!

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Egypt, France, Germany, Hungary, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Slovenia, Spain
