Nick Kho grew up in Sacramento, but moved to Princeton for his education to go to boarding school at Lawrenceville. He graduated with a bachelors of science degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. After initiating a 100+ country world travel tour, Nick moved to Los Angeles for a Masters of Business Administration at the University of Southern California. Nick Kho moved to Hollywood Hills into a mansion that became a corporate office for a startup seminar business incubator known as Project Hollywood Mansion. It was here that Nick Kho built a self-improvement education publishing company, Real Social Dynamics (RSD). Today, RSD operates in over 70 countries and 270 cities, hosting over 1,000 live events annually via an educational platform for dating/relationship advice, business/networking advice, fitness/health advice, and spirituality training programs for over 400,000 clients.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I had my first job at 12 years old, where I passed out flyers for a popular nightclub in Sacramento, and would be allowed backstage to hangout with the rock stars. I then spent my next half dozen summers as an intern for various companies: Intel, Senators, Governors, PaineWebber, Foley&Lardner, Fritz/UPS, NASA. While in college, I became a financial advisor for Waddell & Reed and World Financial Group. Then, I spent 2 years as a research associate for NASA and did zero-gravity experiments and graduated from NASA Academy. Although excited about my science projects, I became more excited about the nightlife industry and began promoting parties and special events for 2 years for Playboy Magazine as a marketing representative out of their College Marketing Office in New York. Although a lot of fun, I left my former job, and became an entrepreneur by following my passion and founding Real Social Dynamics.
