ABOUT ME

Made it from the Red Square to the White House via the Vatican. From Lenin to Lincoln (effectively lived in DC & in Chicago, my kind of town). Then went to live in Brazil (Siberia-Brazil is a healthy tension).
Came back to Chicago. Moved to NYC a few months back.

An ex professor but never a bore, I'm a great guide if i have time. I was a Chicago greeter. Showed people around in Sao Paulo and especially in Rio de Janeiro. New York is what we do now.

Sleeping with the French: taking French writers/books to bed. New passion -Michel Houellebecq. Old ones - Barthes - all of his books (and French philosophers in general - Baudrillard, etc.)
Music - Tin Hat Tryo, electronic tango, oldies (jazz), brasilian music, etc. New fascination (don't know how long it will last) funk carioca.
