About Me

CURRENT MISSION

One world, see it. One life, share it. Love all life, take none of it seriously.

ABOUT ME

Ok, so instead of eventually getting around to editing my description, Im just going to keep adding the new bits to the top.

Current update:

Just moved to Floripa!

Previous new stuff (old stuff):

Im back from travelling and have a shiny new couch!

I have just returned from an epic holiday and am once again marooned on the island of Australia. The good news is that I have gone back to student life, and so in between frantic bits of study I have a flexible schedule and have more time to host/meet up with CSers.

About me: I am studious, but can usually make time to catch up over a sneaky beer (or coffee in AM circumstances..). Any other details, just ask!

The old bits:
Im travelling!

I have just deferred a PhD for 7 months to once again take up a bout of mangy vagrancy throughout the south american continent!
I am currently in Brasil for Carnaval, to visit friends in Rio and Santos, hopefully make a small detour to Florianopolis, and to practice my awful portuguese ;p

Early Mach I am flying to the Galapagos with the intention to either find volunteer work in conservation, or to find employment dive instructing. Early May I will fly to Venezuela with the intention to either find work dive and kite instructing in the Caribbean, or to make a travel mockumentary, depending on how life pans out.

Along the way I am hoping to practice lots of spanish and portuguese, and share amazing experiences with as many fun, interesting and crazy couch surfers and locals as possible!

Any other questions about me, my life or my passion and interests, just ask!

Look forward to meeting you!

Peter B-)

Old stuff:
Alright it's about time that I edit this! I'll do details later, but the relevant info is that I am back working in Perth and available/stoked to meet fun and happy people travelling through this beautiful pocket of the world. Lots to catch up on in this section soon, but here is me in a nutshell: at the moment my life revolves around catching up with mates, kiting, working, diving, surfing and planning the next trip (all in descending order.. ;p ). Any more questions about me, just ask!

I am (sadly) working a lot at the moment which is why in most cases i would prefer to host people on the weekends so I can actually be there to try and be a decent host. There can be exceptional circumstances of course, but this is a cases by case thing. Other than host, I am more than glad to catch up with travellers or provide any help/travel advice while they are here in West Oz.

The old bits yet to be edited:

Hey! Im currently on a 7 month bout of vagrancy through south america and scandinavia. A rough guide to my agenda: learn portuguese, do some wildlife photography in the amazon, do some volunteer conservation work in the galapagos, practice spanish in colombia, then not freeze to death in sweden and norway for a month on my back to Perth. I am originally from Boston, Massachusetts in USA. I went travelling to australia in my gap year when I was 17 and have lived, studied, and worked there ever since..
