About Me

Hello fellow couchsurfers!😃
Welcome to my profile!

I'm a 27 year old guy from Sweden who love to visit new places and meet the people there!

I love to meet people from other countries and cultures and approach everything with an open mind. It doesn't matter what your gender, skin colour, net worth, sexual orientation or background is, the only thing that matters to me is how you treat other people. The world have way to much hate already, let’s try to spread some frendliness and understanding instead!

Update may 2025: I just quit my job to go travel the world full time!!🥳🥳🌍 starting in september. Plan is to start with an interrail through Europe for a few months. After that- who knows!

I’m an incureable collector of new hobbies. I love to learn new things, the more random the better. There is no better feeling than when you finally nail that move, trick or skill that you have been trying for what seems like forever. A selection of things I tried so far is; climbing, freediving, bachata, salsa, fire-poi, slacklining, playing guitar, archery, yoga, photography, videography, painting, kayaking, stand up paddleboarding, icelandic horse riding, curling, and much more! And I’m always on the lookout for things to add to this list!

Always up for an adventure, the crazier the better! No great story ever came from staying inside of your comfort zone. I’m not particularly interested in classic sightseeing where you just go somewhere to look at a building or whatever. I want to do activities in the places I visit. What you remember from your travels are not the places, but the things you did and the people you met there. If you have any recommendations on weird/crazy/fun/scary/exciting/(and so on) experiences, please let me know!

Think I can summarize myself with that I’m always looking for opportunities to have a great time! We only get one life, let's enjoy it!

My city:
Since I'm living on the road for the moment I don't have a hometown right now. I have previously lived in the swedish towns Lysekil, Borås, Karlstad and Karlskrona, so if you are planning to visit any of these I can give you some advise on what to do there. Or just about Sweden in general 🇸🇪

If you want to stay with me:
(Obviously not possible right now, but don't want to rewrite it in the future😄 plus it shows my view on couchsurfing quite accurately)

Yes, time for the part where I will sound super strict and unfriendly, but I promise it’s only so that there will be as little confusion as possible during your stay 😊. Here are my advice to make the request more efficient, and for us both to enjoy the stay as much as possible.

-I (usually) only accept requests from persons with references. Don’t have to be many, but it’s always nice to know that at least some person have survived meeting you before I invite you to my home.

-I don't accept requests from people who obviously just want a place to sleep for the night and have no interest in getting to know me. Couchsurfing is about meeting and connecting with new people, not just free accommodation.

-I always look through your profile before deciding if i will host you or not, so if it’s properly filled out there is no need to waste time and energy repeating everything in your message. Just write the dates, time, and something about your journey. If on the other hand your profile is empty, the opposite applies.

-I have no problem with people wanting to stay up late, and will probably join you if you want to go out partying! However, don’t just assume that it’s okay to do so. If you want to stay out late or need to get up really early, please inform me about it in the request.

-Couchsurfing is not tinder! I respect the unwritten rule of not hitting on my host/guest and expect the same from you!

I always try to answer the messages and requests as soon as possible. I never intentionally ghost anyone, so if I have not answered your message within a few days it’s probably because I missed the notification, feel free to send another one.

Hope we meet!
