COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've couch Surfed in Wellington, NZ, Nadi, Fiji and more recently in Majorca, Spain this summer. All were great experiences.

Interesses

Ecological small-scale farming + nurturing soil, mindfulness, DJing, dancing, cycle touring, fungi foraging, cooking meals with friends, music festivals with big beats and smiling faces.

Films/TV: Shawshank Redemption, Life of David Gale, Back to the future, Truman Show, Sin City, Me myself and Irene, Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind (love Carrey!), Human Traffic, 12 Monkeys, Peep Show, David Attenborough Documentaries, River cottage.Music: Deep House/Psy-trance/Reggae, Gypsy ska skankin' stuff. Anything that has good rhythm will do me.Books: mainly enjoy non-fiction/memoirs. Shantaram stood out as an influential, morally eminent read, also Blood River for his audacious travelling spirit. I enjoy reading about different cultures/ways of life. Michael Pollan, food sovereignty /agro-ecology. Partial to a browse of National Geographic pre-Murdoch
