ABOUT ME

I am a free spirited girl who loves to love life. My fiance Sebastien and I are currently travelling together. We are both interested in yoga, music, culture, reading, food, travel, scuba diving and love fitness/ outdoor activity. We love to meet new people and are fascinated by different cultures. Phyllis is Chinese Canadian and Sebastien is French Canadian.

I am interested in photography, yoga, meditation and guitar.

Sebastien is an entrepreneur and DJ back home and loves electronic music, skiing. and we are both into scuba diving.

PHILOSOPHY

Our personal philosophy is to keep growing and learning new things (Never being stagnant). We love traveling because it opens up your mind and you continue to discover new things in life on a constant basis.

Love and understanding is the way I strive to live my life. Spirituality has been a huge focal point lately, I have been realizing how important it is.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Currently we are new to CS. We are traveling right now and are interested in trying out the system to see how it works. Eventually when we go home we do plan on hosting travelers as well.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We were hosted for the first time by Ryan and Summer in Singapore. We were so floored by their kindness and generosity. We really enjoyed them taking us out to eat famous local Singaporean food and the Mexican potluck with the three other couch surfers. Great times playing Chinese drinking games, playing cards, and meeting more friends along the way. I was really touched by the couch surfing experience, the insight into another culture, and inspired by love, kindness and friendship.
