About Me

ABOUT ME

Right now I'm having the best experience in my life - Erasmus in Lisbon :D Can't host you guys right now, bc I'm living in a dormitory there, but feel free to ask about grabbing a beer or having a walk in this beautiful city ;)

At first I'm a bit shy, but if i know somebody more I can't stop talking. I'm kind of not really well-organized but adaptable person who takes life with a pinch of salt. "Though this be madness there is a method in it" - that's a quote that describes me in the best way ;) As you can read on my profile I'm a kind of artsy person, some may say that a bit crazy, but you will see yourself ;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Probably like everybody here, I'd like to travel consciously, to know new people, not only rest, spend money and go back home. Nevertheless, as probably everybody here I'd like to save some money when travelling, I think there's nothing wrong with that kind of approach ;) I've spent a few nights at couchsurfer's places and hosted too (in Poland), I've got only good memories with really extraordinary people and hope for more! Some of them stayed as my friends for longer... Uhh, Couchsurfing is really one of the best inventions in the world :)

Interests

I'm interested in veery various kinds of things, my problem is to keep being involved in each hobby :P So far I've tried dreadmaking, sewing, drawing, playing bass guitar, vegan cooking, history of art, painting, singing, learning languages, acting... this list can be endless. Besides, travelling and going to festivals (have you ever been to Woodstock in Poland...?) gives me the biggest thrill of excitement.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Amazing? ONE? Idk, spent a month living only on festivals? Escaped home on a bedsheet rope? Unconsciously convinced my dad to vegetarianism? Hitchhiked for 500 km in a row (GSB)? Went on bike from Łódź to Gdańsk? Survived art uni and had my own fashion show? Choice is up to you ;)

Teach, Learn, Share

Offering lessons from Polish might be pointless... Nevertheless I can tell you some things about Polish weird culture (which Soplica is the best!), art (if you're interested) or... I don't know, anyone up to learn how to make dreadlocks? :D Or if you are artsy too it would be wonderful to draw something together!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can tell you my best stories of my life (although my English is a bit rusty and it might be looong time to get to the point :P ) or... I can cook some great vegetarian dinner for you! Or make PIEROGIES (the best dish in the whole world - but one of the crucial ingredients is at least 6 people with a lot of time and a lot of wine ;)
