ABOUT ME

I'm yoga instructor and currently live in Ulyanovsk with the man of my dream. I'm vegan, I like to cook and eat healthy delicious food and share it with good people. Communication with deep interesting people inspires me a lot, as well as studying new thing.

PHILOSOPHY

i don't hesitate and feel sorry about the past. I'm ready for new. And my life is everything that i have, so i fill it with sense. I cant stand lie and I believe that if you're happy and share it with someone, you choose the right way.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I host in Kazan and surf the world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

First I hosted people to know how it worked and to find same mind, cause sitting home always seemed to me not enough, so there was a great opportunity to surf in Morocco, where people share their meal and couch with pleasure. Then I traveled to the south of Russia and everywhere among locals I found neat cs members. After that i just got lost in the world.

Interests

Whatever can make me stronger, healthier, wealthier, happier. Of those are yoga and co-existing practices, any kind of liberal science, developing, cultures and origins, nature and how it works around, children and education, psychology, conscious.

I like some philosophic literature and maybe books about health and some new ideas in psychology.

Teach, Learn, Share

I give yoga classes for beginners and once upon a time I was a teacher of English too, so if you are poor at languages (now I'm a teacher of Russian as a foreign language) or physically weak I can really give you something you've not learned before.
I'm also good at philosophy, my real best friends always come to me for advice and some philosophy class. And I'm interested in natural medicine and some esoteric research, so I know how to help body in certain situations or conditions.
I want to learn many things.
I'm ready to share my food and clothes with people who really need. I would love to invite people to my home, though I can't currently host. I want to share my little knowledge too, cause sometimes I forget to even use it.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can give you food, some of my clothes, something I have and you really need. I can help to find cheap accommodation or keep your things safe in my room.
