About Me

I live in Brooklyn where I teach, perform and create.
I toured the US with my music/comedy duo for six years.
I love nature and being active outdoors - hiking, climbing, canyoning.
I love live music and performance, especially random hole in the wall venues.
I thoroughly enjoy good conversation. (Any interest in being interviewed?)
I am constantly learning more about myself and about the world and love experiences that challenge me.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've hosted and surfed and have never had a bad experience. The people who would use this are likely outgoing, welcoming, generous people who want to do their part to connect a little more in a world that seems so often disconnected. Hostels can be fun. Hotels can be comforting. But sometimes you want to put yourself out there and get a truer experience of the place you're visiting - that's why I'm here.

Teach, Learn, Share

Collective consciousness. Philosophies about life and humanity. Changes to the failed American education system. Music, theory, performing, singing, acting, the process, creativity. The unspoken truths about emotion, sex, grief, depression. Cooking breakfast and making lasagna. Massage, stretching, meditation.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love to cook and make gourmet comfort food! We can jam - I play piano and sing (and I'm learning guitar). I love a good sense of humor and playing off of others - there is a really good chance we'll laugh together :)
