I'm a graduate student since 2017 in Belgium and I come from India. When I'm not busy with my studies (lots to study these days), I enjoy meeting people from different parts of the world and understand different perspectives and lifestyles. This has always been a passion for me. My current plan is exploring Europe and having fun times with anyone I meet and get to spend time with.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I was mostly using Airbnb for my travels until recently. With CS, I sense an opportunity to understand living from a local hosts' view and make good friendships. Also, since I'm on a student budget now, CS is my new best friend.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Doing my engineering project presentation alongside friends from halfway across the world in front of an international audience from 15-25 countries and later making long lasting friendships with them.

Teach, Learn, Share

I've learnt how to cook some good food in the past year and can introduce you to Indian cuisine. The real Indian foods (if I manage to obtain the required ingredients :P ). And of course, I can always converse about anything related to India. Culture, food, chaos, how to navigate, history, languages, music, dance etc.

I'd like to think that I'm open minded with learning something new. There's always a lot of things to learn from a person who has lived more than 8000km from my hometown.

Currently, I'm learning Dutch. I would also like to learn French and Spanish. I can always help with English and Internet lingo having spent a lot of time with them.
